I thought the presentation of the course and the trainer was excellent, the sections on motivation and performance improvement were very beneficial.

The life story examples the instructor used were great, the whole course was very informative and the trainer was really great.

The trainer was very good, the way he got us to all work together and he presented in lots of different ways to keep the day interesting.

The problem based learning element was brilliant, the other mediums were excellent, especially role play and looking at what others had said, it was very enjoyable, useful and extremely worthwhile.

The training was full of practical tips and the interactive approach was excellent, to be fair it was difficult for the trainer to understand every specific industry problem or objection, but he did very well and it definitely did not take anything from the course.
