About the course

This course is designed to bring the new trainer or indeed a more established staff trainer through the key areas of designing, delivering training and imparting knowledge to the delegates in line with all the best practice up to date training techniques.

This training is highly participative enjoyable and a great learning experience. The trainer for the programme is an experienced senior trainer who has achieved the highest level of training design and delivery through the Master Trainer association and is an active member of the training and competency network ‘to improve training standards’.

The emphasis during training will be on high levels of participation to ensure that delegates develop their confidence as well as their competence. The course is based on best practice within the training industry

The trainer for this course has over 10 years of full time training experience in all different sectors. He holds a tremendous enthusiasm for developing people and making training an enjoyable experience with the key learning points being achieved.

For the past 10 years he has spent his time teaching people the skills of training and coaching others. He is also qualified as a Master Trainer and is a FAS registered Training trainer
