About the course

The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to perform effective interviews ensuring that the objectives of the organisation are met.

The trainers business and training experience

The trainer for this course has over 25 years of recruitment and interviewing experience. His career involved building and recruiting a successful team of in excess of 300 staff. He is a keen exponent of using the interview process to get it right first time as opposed to spending time and money trying to rectify recruitment mistakes

For the past 12 years he has spent his time teaching managers and leaders of all level the requisite interviewing and recruitment skills to hire the correct person time after time. He is also qualified as a Master Trainer and is a FAS registered management trainer
