About the course

The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and supervise staff to ensure the objectives of the organisation are met, while developing the team and individuals to enhance their performance.

The course is specifically designed for managers and supervisors who depend on people either in their team or out with of their team for results. It will ensure delegates are aware of why and how people are different, and provide them with a template for understanding and managing people effectively, as well as providing practical tools to develop their skills.

The trainers business and training experience

The trainer for this course has over 20 years of management experience. His career in management started as a team leader of 5 staff and eventually finished as a chief executive managing over 400 staff.

For the past 9 years he has spent his time teaching managers of all level the requisite skills to managing successfully and getting the best out of people. He is also qualified as a Master Trainer and is a FAS registered management trainer
