About the course

The aim of this Communication Skills course is to deliver the Skills and Knowledge necessary for planning and delivering effective communications to a group or on a one-to-one. The trainers business and training experience

The trainer for this course has over 20 years of leadership and management experience. His career in leadership and management started as a team leader of 5 staff and eventually finished as a chief executive managing over 400 staff. For the past 9 years he has spent his time teaching managers and leaders of all level the requisite skills to managing successfully and getting the best out of people. He is also qualified as a Master Trainer and is a FAS registered management trainer.
