About the course

The aim of the course is to provide delegates with the tools necessary to develop their leadership styles and skills, in order to gain maximum productivity and highly motivated teams. The trainers business and training experience

The trainer for this course has over 20 years of leadership experience. His career in leadership and management started as a team leader of 5 staff and eventually finished as a chief executive managing over 400 staff.

For the past 9 years he has spent his time teaching managers and leaders of all level the requisite skills to managing successfully and getting the best out of people. He is also qualified as a Master Trainer and is a FAS registered management trainer
